so this seemed like a better use of time than packing or cleaning my room (sorry mom). i'm a lot excited, a little nervous for this chapter, but that's quite a change from the past few days. i think that now that it's here, i'm realizing i'm going to have a blast in perhaps the best - and probably the most expensive - city in the world. that's probably enough soul searching for now...

I love that you are blogging instead of packing. I have been staring at over 14 pairs of shoes for quite some time trying to decide which do not make the cut. It's heartwrenching.
cut the most basic pairs -- that way, you can buy cheap versions of the same shoe there....easier said than done though, mine are all coming with.
